Deborah Merino

CFO and Controller

Debbie develops and implements financial systems, strategies and processes that contribute to the growth and sustainability of small to medium sized businesses. She is an expert in establishing accounting functions, cost-reduction, automation, and best practices. Her focus is primarily in cloud based systems, allowing cost savings to the client, reducing the reliance on in-house staff.

Her varied current and past clientele has included non -profit organizations, music and audio industry companies and personalities and locally and nationally based startups businesses.

Ray French is one of the premier horticultural experts in the world. His experience and career have included production and breeding on the largest of scales. After operating large scale nurseries including native plants, dune restoration, and along with patented inventions of woody plants, he then went on to steer the programs for live goods at The Home Depot in the United States and Canada for 17 years. He worked with plant breeders developing programs across all categories including vegetables, herbs, flowering annuals, tropical plants, palms, trees, and shrubs. He coordinated programs from inception to retail sales growing the business to well over 1 billion dollars annually sold in over 2,000 locations.
