Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Ben Dov is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in global business operations and company management. As a former senior business director of a $6 billion high-tech enterprise, he has extensive expertise in multicultural business operations, talent acquisition, project execution, contract negotiation, and customer relations—including collaborations with national governments and local industries.
Chuck has an active network of partners in 60+ countries across five continents and has worked in water generation and purification, controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). His leadership continues to drive innovation and strategic growth at Nano Infusion Technologies.

Founder, Director of Sales Operations

Experienced General Contractor with diverse skills in all phases of construction, project design and management, sustainable development, and efficiency. Knowledgable in working with Environmental programs, initiatives, and organizations.
Deep expertise in climate-smart agriculture integrating Nanobubble technology, irrigation, LED lighting, HVAC and other Ag Tech systems for Controlled Environment Agriculture.
Proven track record of leadership and success in Commercial & Technical Sales with customer-facing roles, implementing innovative solutions, problem solving, and utilizing skills for a superior customer experience.

Debie Merino
CFO and Controller
Debbie develops and implements financial systems, strategies and processes that contribute to the growth and sustainability of small to medium sized businesses. She is an expert in establishing accounting functions, cost-reduction, automation, and best practices. Her focus is primarily in cloud based systems, allowing cost savings to the client, reducing the reliance on in-house staff.
Her varied current and past clientele has included non -profit organizations, music and audio industry companies and personalities and locally and nationally based startups businesses.

John Pirie brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and product distribution. With a distinguished career at Johnson & Johnson, where he advanced to manage their Sales Training department, John has since held leadership roles in three successful startups.
